Rob Mondavi Jr.
A 4th Generation Napa Valley Winemaker captains the family winemaking and vineyards with organic focused farming and winery practices.
With over three decades of wine industry experience he spent his early youth working nearly every facet of the wine business from vineyard work, a mechanics apprentice and through every aspect of the fermentation hall and cellar. He treasured his early days in the cellar and winemaking yet this early experience was balanced through many years as a wine professional within the sales, finance, hospitality and marketing departments to develop a balance skill set for leading his and next generations into the future of the wine business.
Rob enjoys mentoring wine aficionado’s and vintners and in this spirit he consults with select clients developing their wine brands as an industry strategist, finding their vineyard estates and bridging the gap between the dream of a wine label and the reality of a successful endeavor.
His own passion project Rutledge & Vine, a Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon has taken center stage entering the Top 100 wines in 2020 and receiving accolades from the Robb Report as the secret and next hard to get wine.
